By using Autorespondedor you accept these terms. Autorespondedor is a messaging-automation platform that integrates with WhatsApp.

Use of the service

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp/Meta policies. You are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining your contacts' consent.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may invite team members under your organization.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. You may cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period.

Free plan

We offer a free plan with limited features and usage caps (including, among others, AI replies, contacts and monthly messages). The free plan is provided "as is", at no cost and with no guarantee of permanence. We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, modify, reduce, expand, suspend or discontinue the free plan and any of its limits, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the free plan after a change constitutes acceptance of that change.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta; Autorespondedor is not affiliated with Meta. The use of unofficial clients may carry risks for your number.
